July 2 and 3

Sorry for the delay. The intensity of the assignment and the compressed time of just 5 weeks to go from nothing to something requires a lot of the students and professors. July 2 was spent doing more research, refining ideas, going in one direction, running into a dead end, reversing and then going in a new direction. The latter part of the day was spent beginning to put together the initial presentations for Friday's 8 AM Skype meeting with the client. The montage shows the students going through one of the daily Brain Banger exercises where they share their findings with each other and then work collaboratively with the information. July 3 began with 3 presentations, one from each group, and then debriefs with the professors. Then more refinement until about 1:30. Then 4 presentations, now with a Master of Ceremonies to set the stage for the three revised presentations. Another debrief, more refinement, and a final presentation at 4:30 for all. An almost group photo was taken at the end of the long but successful day. Tomorrow, July 4, we will not meet. A bit of refinement and presentation practice should go on in preparation for the 7:30 AM start time on Friday.
